Add T8 and Half Micro Miner to Progression Tab [HM]
Mention better red alloy ratios [NM], alloy smelter recipes and reduced time [HM&NM] in ABS quest
Allow any Super or Quantum Tank in Super Tanks quest, now renamed to Super and Quantum Tanks. [NM&HM]
