7a9b0ec179 Patch around NC crash with latest GTCEu/GCYM 
- Add Bansoukou v4.3.1

- Add patch files for NuclearCraft 2.18y to prevent crashes from
  GTCEu 2.4.0/GCYM 1.1.4 breaking API changes

Credit to PrototypeTrousers, whose proposed changes for 2.18zzz were the starting point for this customized backport to 2.18y.

Patches currently tested against:
  GTCEu: a124805 (fix-property-storage-issues branch) rebased onto current master HEAD (8e52d4b)
  GCYM:  d26197b

292840acd5 Remove duplicate / conflicting recipes 
- Nether Quartz dust fluid extraction (appears twice in same file:
  extractor_solidifier.zs)

- Liquid XP <-> Solidified XP duplicate recipe (already present in
  Microverse.zs)

- Ender Pearl Dust -> Pulsating Dust (conflicts with decomp recipe)

265e5e1248 Addition of Project Red 
This commit integrates Project Red with the main pack. Several things have been done to make the integration seamless, and the addition leaves progression and balance fully intact.

Any duplicate and/or unused items have been removed from JEI, and GT silicon wafers have been substituted for the relevant recipes. No worldgen is added, so this update causes no problems with existing worlds.
