* Remove Diamond Sword recipe change

* Fix DML learner recipe, and clean up scripts

also fixed non-commented lines
also, moved DML Learner stuff to dml.zs

* Remove DME recipes in HM

Also fix HM CT error

* Remove Voltage Control Units

- Nether Quartz dust fluid extraction (appears twice in same file:
  extractor_solidifier.zs)

- Liquid XP <-> Solidified XP duplicate recipe (already present in
  Microverse.zs)

- Ender Pearl Dust -> Pulsating Dust (conflicts with decomp recipe)
