Update CraftPresence to v2.5.0 (#1015) 
This PR does two things:
- Updates CraftPresence, adding in a new dependency
	- ~300MB of memory saved on main menu
	- Config updated for new values, dimension tracking disabled
- Allows removal of CraftPresence without a GrS script error
