Allows Styrene-Butadiene Rubber to be used to complete the quest, and adds a description on how to make SBR, similar to the description on how to make Silicon Rubber.
* Oil Quest Changes
Allows all four oil types to be used to complete the navigating petroleum quest. Adds a tooltip giving the difference between the oil types.
* CPU Quest and Bad Formatting
Fixed up some weird formatting caused by the BQ editor, and added the CPU quest, which needs the cleanroom. Removes the cleanroom as a prerequisite for first tier four circuits, and added the CPU quest prerequisite for The Last Tier One and The Last Tier Two circuits.

This commit integrates Project Red with the main pack. Several things have been done to make the integration seamless, and the addition leaves progression and balance fully intact.
Any duplicate and/or unused items have been removed from JEI, and GT silicon wafers have been substituted for the relevant recipes. No worldgen is added, so this update causes no problems with existing worlds.
