solves #92 and #89

* Replaced oredict with proper GT material

* Reworked "Early Game" questline

-transferred over Cleanroom quest from normal mode
-Microprocessor quest requirements reflect reworked balancing
-Redid integrated logic circuit quest's description to reflect it's new purpose in the hardmode configuration
