Fix Diamond Sword Recipe, CT script and DME cleanup (#207) 
* Remove Diamond Sword recipe change

* Fix DML learner recipe, and clean up scripts

also fixed non-commented lines
also, moved DML Learner stuff to dml.zs

* Remove DME recipes in HM

Also fix HM CT error

* Remove Voltage Control Units
