A few quests and one tooltip refer to Redstone Dust, but the normal dust-shaped version of the item is just called Redstone, unlike all the other dust-shaped resources that do have Dust in their name. This change would have saved me some time going from quest descriptions to actual recipes.
(actually renaming Redstone to Redstone Dust would be more consistent in this modpack, but probably alienate a lot of people used to the normal MC naming of the item)

Changes a few recipes in Extended Crafting to fix/allow NBT-insignificant similar items to be used.
Specifically, Watering Cans Range setting is ignored, and the log type required for the Skullfire Sword is no longer specific to Oak.

Fixes https://github.com/Nomi-CEu/nomi-ceu/issues/336, by giving a lot more caesium per mission.
This should end up with around 195 more caesium than needed for snowchestite proc per mission, scaling with better macerators.
Document highlighting ratios, and therefore what is needed to balance caesium, made by @Mayplely.

Renamed quest: Nuclear Fuel Infrastructure -> Uranium Fuel Infrastructure
TBU now needs Fission reactor as prerequisite, no longer needs Uranium Fuel Infrastructure
Add missing prerequisites, e.g. Plutonium can be made with Neptunium.
Rearrange quests
Thorium Fission now doesn't request depleted fuel, and requests Prepared Thorium instead of Thorium Dust
Uranium Fuel Infrastructure no longer requests oredict, oredict there was useless as the other oredict options were unobtainable
Uranium Fission now no longer requests depleted fuel
LEU-233 now requests a Uranium-233, but doesn't request depleted fuel
For other Fission quests:
No longer requests fuel
Now requests one of any obtainable isotope of that material
All quests updated to reflect these changes
Some quests have now added recommendations, and have information on the materials needed to make that fuel, due to removed specific isotope tasks and fuel tasks
